Mambe Blanket Company

Really like your product.

Mambe service is top notch. I had received a notice on a discount available and when I went to check out from the link I had received I did not get the discount. Once they realized there was a glitch in the link they sent me a refund to make sure I got the discount. Their products are so good that I ordered anyway without the discount, but that goes to show how great a company they are to refund money to customers due to an error on discounting.

The service was amazing. The blankets arrived fast and were packaged very well. I even got an email from the owner of the company, with a personalized video. After I replied to the video email, and mentioned our history with Mambe blankets and how much we loved our Mambe blankets, I received another personal email from the owner saying that he would share my message with the team. This company really goes above and beyond. I will definitely buy more from them in the very near future; probably for my birthday that's coming up soon. I like to support companies that demonstrate that they genuinely value their customers.
