I have been dealing with an underperforming product since 2023 and each and every time I contact customer service, they go above and beyond and are VERY polite and helpful. The problem is the product, customer service is one of the best I have ever had the experience to deal with. However, I’d rather have a working product and not have to deal with customer service.
