This is what I expected after looking at the photo and reading reviews. It is very handy to use and the desktop is a great surface for writing, laptop, reading, etc. It is very sturdy and attractive.

We are very lucky to have the last Tr1200i treadmill before they are temporary out of stock. Because LS don't charge the sale tax, we used that money to pay for the inside-delivery fee. The delivery had a little problem, first it was delayed due to the snow storm in East Coast, then when it came to the day of delivery, the truck driver was unable to carry the heavy equipment up to my 3 concrete steps front door by himself, therefore LS had to reschedule another team of 2 people to deliver inside of my house. After all these troubles, the treadmill was still in an excellent condition. Life Span have a very good customer service, they always answer your phone in person and help you to solve the problem. We are 2 seniors, we bought this Tr1200i to replace the old noisy treadmill that already hauled away, this one is so quiet than we still can hear the tv without increase the volume. We finished the assembly in 2 hours. You can move the folding treadmill around the room to the desired location after the setup is done. We are very satisfy with this purchase.

The treadmill is a nice addition to our office conversion to more open seating. It has been well received and we are working on setting up a walking club to encourage usage. The set up was pretty easy and we have been able to trouble shoot by using the manual that was included.

So far so good. We enjoy the quiet way it operates.
