I am a power walker who was looking for a treadmill like you would find at the gym and this is it. It is user friendly, easy to assemble and to move around as it is on wheels. The electric folding mechanism is so helpful. I would have liked it to be more compact once it is folded up though. The audio system and speakers are great for listening to music or a podcast while working out. I do not run on my treadmill, so I cannot speak to that group, but I highly recommend this to you walkers!

I purchased this a few months ago but only recently started using as I was moving and the treadmill was in the new location. I LOVE IT! There was a bit of a miscommunication about the delivery of it, but other than that, I love it! It's much quieter than my last one. It also takes up less space and has a much "cleaner" and less cluttered appearance - not sure that makes sense, but it's really simple and minimalistic and I love that. Thank you!
