Horizon was good. Shipping company communication was not great.

I ordered 2 three packs of lubricants, of which I only received one. I contacted the customer service team at Horizon Fitness and they rectified the issue immediately. Completely satisfied. Great company and I look forward to ordering my next refills in the future.
