The Customer Experience Team was fantastic. We had trouble with White Glove delivery in that they skipped some steps in the assembly process. The Customer Experience Team responded immediately and sent us a assembly kit so we could put the treadmill together correctly. Now we are happy with the treadmill and happy with the Customer Experience Team. Thank you.
