Easy order process, grateful that you let me know the carrying case was in stock... I'm very happy with Isle, everyone is very helpful.

My order shipped much more quickly than I expected! Items were all packed and arrived in excellent condition. I had the opportunity to work with Customer service before and after my order and they were incredibly responsive, genuinely pleasant and HELPFUL! I emailed and spoke with a rep who helped me to determine the board best suited to my intended use and skill level. I also worked with a rep through their claims department to resolve an issue with my iSUP backpack (it didn't make it through the rigors of airline bag handling on a one-way flight). They quickly responded to my email and suggested I submit a warranty claim, which they then processed, approved and shipped a replacement all within 1 business day!! Did I mention I LOVE my new iSUP??!! Excellent quality and above & beyond customer service- so happy I made the decision to buy from ISLE. Thank you!!

I ordered two boards (different). One came damaged the other was fine. Isle was awesome and sent out the replacement fairly quickly. I'm in Ohio and the season is dwindling. I've been out as much as possible getting in some paddling before it gets too cold. I'm new to the sport and these boards have been great to learn on and ready to challenge me as well. I love it!! If you're thinking about trying it out these boards are perfect, you won't regret it.
