Great product, great people, great company. We love our Pioneer boards. Customer service is fantastic - helpful, passionate and genuinely nice people.

We bought pioneer and bigger than we were expecting and love it. Easy to use. Feels very sturdy. Pumping to the recommended psi is difficult for a small woman like me. So I might buy the electric pump listed on the Isle site.

Light weight, and yet it’s very stable on the water and rides smooth. This SUP is perfect for me and my son and a small poodle 🤩 🐩 even with the manual pump, it was easy and fast to pump it up. Easy deflating as well. Over all I’m in love with this SUP.

I ordered the Cruiser board in July. The board arrived damaged from the shipping. (No fault of Isle). I called them as soon as it was delivered to report the damage. I sent pictures and a new board arrived two weeks later in perfect shape. I love my board. It is easy for me (I am 5'4 and 120lbs.) to get on my car roof and it is easy to carry. We are purchasing the Voyager board today for my husband. Great customer service!

My new ISLE inflatable is just what I needed. Shopping for and ordering my ISLE online was fun. I did have a question and customer service helped me out, and I was able to get what I requested. I was excited to receive it and immediately checked it out when it arrived at the perfect time. I did an inventory and read all the manuals, making sure I had everything and knew how to use it. The screw and nut for the fin can be easy to loose so I was glad to see it came with an extra, and it came with a repair kit. I inflated it up in my living room and the “new inflatable smell” was a bit overwhelming and I opened windows. Continuing, the hand pump worked well- it’s a workout to get to 15 pounds! It held air, the fin went in, and the paddle adjusted to my height. The pump quickly deflates the board. I stowed it into the backpack but found it was uncomfortable unless carefully loaded. With everything packed in the right place, my 1 mile hike is easy, even rushing to get back to the car before dark. With my Pioneer I can bypass the crowd and hike to my secret spot. There I can use my SUP to work on my stroke and get exercise, meditate and do yoga, or fish. I look forward to more I can do with my ISLE. I also surf and I am surfing with people with disabilities. The Pioneer adds to my quiver to offer for use there. And I look forward to catching some waves on it! I’ve never ridden an SUP in the surf.... Short camping trips touring... Loading a kid on for a tandem paddle... My dog wants to come, but he needs a life jacket before we go far from shore... And more. I’m very excited about the Pioneer’s versatility.
