ISLE (OLD - WooCommerce)

Had a great experience with my purchase and navigation through the website my wife loves her isle glider board! Took it out for a test run... and she loves it! It was her 40th bday gift!!

Great exchange experience. Had ordered an incorrect fin. Upon calling ISLE, I immediately received a return shipping label. The correct product arrived at the same time as my previous one got refunded. Excellent customer service.

I love my board! It’s so pretty and comfortable to ride. I could ask for anything better. The shipping was faster than expected and I was excited to have my board before the initial delivery estimate.

We researched and searched for some SUPs for much of summer before finally committing when Isle had a brief window of availability for 11'-6" Explorers. We bought 3 of them and they showed up quickly and well packed in good order. They are so fun! After schlepping 15' plastic sea kayaks around for 15 years these iSUPs are so light and easy and fun. Super stable. And I am impressed at their speed/glide. Two minor quabbles for which I can't bring myself to take away any stars: The thumscrew assembly that holds center fin in place on one of our Explorers somehow came lose while we were out paddling and we only barely managed to save the fin before it fell out. The "superbolt" was lost. This was a bummer paddling into a 8 mph headwind. But Isle responded immediately with helpful explanation of how this can happen and Fed-Exed us three new Superbolt assemblies so we have a couple extras. My other minor complaint that I haven't yet brought to Isle is that one of our three paddles that came with the SUPs just will not lock in place at any given length. It holds a little but slips when paddling and I can not find any way to adjust the locking cam thing any tighter. But some black gorilla tape has been working fine to prevent slipping for now. I would definitely order from Isle again - perhaps a couple hardshells for next summer??? We love our Explorers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality all-around iSUP! So far Isle's fast shipping and excellent customer service have been awesome!

Have only gotten out a couple times but so far I am enjoying this SUP. Really appreciate the dual action pump. Paddled well for me even in a strong wind. Was very impressed with the speed of delivery. Multiple attachment points for gear will be nice on longer river trips. Still getting the hang of rolling it up tight enough to fit in the bag. Will definitely consider another from ISLE when adding to our fleet again!
