I enjoy companies that stand behind their product and their reputation. I had an issue and this company went beyond my expectations to address my concerns. As this was my paddle board purchase, I had lots of questions, some bordering on seeking instructions on usage. Yet, no matter how many times I called to seek assistance I received great communication.

Customer service was extremely helpful with my concerns, and addressed and corrected them quickly and completely.

The selection I had purchased was the ‘Pioneer’ board over the summer during a sale. Overall I love the board! The foam traction pad is actually more comfortable than others, and larger. The bungee upfront is also larger than others I’ve purchased (which is nice esp when your have a pup on board). The wide board is great for lakes, but a bit tougher to navigate through windy conditions, but that’s to be expected. Shipping was quick and package arrived in good condition. Nice touch with the dry bag as well! The only con I have was the decal on the board was unaligned, I think from an accidental printing error (which is pretty noticeable, I think some may have returned it but personally it didn’t bother me).

Love my new ISLE paddleboard. This is my 3rd paddle board from ISLE and all are great. My first time, however, getting the electric pump and it's a game changer as it's the best.

Q: What makes an outstanding product outstanding? A: The COMPANY behind that product, and the PEOPLE behind that company. My experience as an ISLE customer over the last year, has honestly been an outstanding experience. It began with a fair price for a sharp, cool looking board. It was shipped quickly. A slight shipping damage issue was resolved quickly, and at no expense of my own. Customer Service team is on their game. The quality of the product is noticed as soon as it was unboxed. I fell in love on the maiden voyage with my Explorer, and have truly enjoyed every adventure since my first ride.
