The ordering process was simple. The product arrived earlier than expected. I was impressed with the board, as well as the paddle and other accessories, including the backpack bag it all came in.

F@#$ing love my board!! Just wish I could order replacement super bolts instead of having to buy a whole new fin. Why do you not use a wing nut?

My board arrived very quick. It was easy to understand how to operate out if the box. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the discount to purchase a pump because they were out of stock and the discount was only available when I purchased the board. Otherwise, great experience and great board. I am loving it!

After much research, ordered two inflatables, Pioneer and Explorer, and we’re absolutely thrilled with our purchased. Easy to order, shipped right away and even unboxing the well packaged boards in their backpacks was fun. Already used them a few times and planning a trip with them next month. The boards even had more features than I expected. Boy bummer was that they went on sale two days after we ordered.
