I haven't been able to use it yet as I live in the north and it's now winter, but upon opening up the box I am impressed with the look and it seems durable. It's a beautiful board, the backpack actually seems like it will last and the shoulder straps are nicely cushioned. The pump is large (and two- way so you can use it to get all the air out as well) and it doesn't take too much effort or time to pump up, until the very end, which I feel is the same for any SUP without use of an electric pump. But I was able to reach the recommended PSI with just the hand pump, and it is a nice warm up. Once pumped up, it is hard to tell that it is an inflatable, feels like a hard board. I really like it and can't wait to actually put it on the water! I hope it is as stable on the water as advertised. Only wish I would have waited until their cyber Monday sale, instead of jumping the gun on their black Friday sale, because the free electric pump would have been an awesome addition!
