Simple order process and shipping well within the stated timeframe. Didn’t have a need to talk to customer service but overall happy with purchase. Beautiful board can’t wait to use.

Bought a inflatable board. The explorer. A friend turned us onto the sport last summer and we rented several times at a local lake. Our friend said get an inflatable to make sure we liked it before getting a epoxy one. I did a ton of research on brands abd Isle was by far the choice to go with. The ordering was simple , delivery was on two days. My wife abd I pumped the board up at a high school pool as the temp outside is in the 30’s now. After messing around several times in one week at the indoor pool. I contacted Isle to buy another board. Another explorer. Since we had bought the 1st one less than 30 days prior to the second. They gave us the “ buy two and get $100 off “ deal. I highly recommend this company. The explorer is easy to balance on and when you want to lay abd be lazy. It’s just as perfect. All research as I said pointed to this company. I’ll be back to give another review once summer comes abd we hit the half dozen lakes within 5 Mike’s of our home that paddle boarding is a thing. Thanks Isle. You rock.

Order came in promptly in the promised delivery time frame, even during the holidays and the package was in great condition. That kind of blew my mind. Unfortunately it's too cold for my parents to use their new SUP yet but we are very excited about using it come spring and summer.
