The frame is good quality, the customer service was very good and they actively worked to get me the desired frame. Sadly there is no documentation (at least I couldn't find it), so I don't know, for example, the torque for the seatpost screw or how the saddle clamp is supposed to work. . .

Why are tubeless wheels shipped with uninstalled rim tape?

Frame seems to be good quality but did not get 5/5 rating because: Fork is slightly different color than frame itself and brake mounting area needs a bit cleaning from paint to prevent brake adapter to rest on top of paint layer.
