The way it was shipped was awful. I bought 3 items and instead of putting them all-in-one box the warehouse opened one item and stuck the other 2 inside and slapped on a shipping label on and sent it out. The box was damaged and there no way it was able to be a gift.

Bad customer service. Still waiting a month for tiles ordered… no response after claiming to start investigating. Cheap company to not fulfill an order that was suppose to be a Christmas present. Shop at a more reputable company.

Terrible, shipped the wrong stuff, no accountability for their error, nightmare dealing with so called customer service. Will never buy anything or recommend them to anyone
