I put in a large order on November 24. Thirteen days later and it doesn't look like it's left Canada.

Not good so far… items ordered did not arrive, so we had to scramble to find a different Christmas present for my son. I’m hopeful that it arrives this week… if not I will be applying for a refund.

I ordered my item on 26 Nov. it shipped 8 Dec and according to the FedEx tracking number (910390803676), it’s sitting in Monmouth IL, and has been since 15 Dec. no one seems to know what the hold up is. It’s a Christmas present that will not arrive on time. I’m a little frustrated I ordered an item one month before Xmas and won’t receive it in time.

The way it was shipped was awful. I bought 3 items and instead of putting them all-in-one box the warehouse opened one item and stuck the other 2 inside and slapped on a shipping label on and sent it out. The box was damaged and there no way it was able to be a gift.

Bad customer service. Still waiting a month for tiles ordered… no response after claiming to start investigating. Cheap company to not fulfill an order that was suppose to be a Christmas present. Shop at a more reputable company.
