HockeyShot

Purchased multiple items from Hockeyshot. Have been pleased with all aspects of selection and customer service is excellent. However my last item arrived in horrible condition. Sara in customer service was great in helping me track down a delayed indestructible net I ordered. When the package was finally delivered it looked like it was run over by a truck. Disappointing as this is a Christmas gift. the box was torn through the outer box as well as the net box. I have a attached a photo. Not a pleasant experience based on the price I paid for the net. I would have sent it back but with shipping and the not knowing if I could receive another by Christmas I am holding on to it. Selection is always good on Hockeyshot. However I was hoping to get a speed deke dangler but they have been out of stock since before Thanksgiving. Thanks for asking about my experience. Paul

Shipping and service was good ,except I never received the helmet liner

Product was missing parts. We called Hockey Shot and they shipped them quickly but that should not occur. Insufficient quality control

Not sure I would order again
