i bought it for swimming but i can't figure out how to set it to count laps, measure heart rate and calories burned... it's quite frustrating.

Overall performance of unit is a disappointment. Start day with bp check@143/92,do again. Next read@138/86.Third read way different. Take meds, wait 1/2 hr or more & take again. Same erratic readouts but in safe range & need to average them. Final read 123/77. Do this 4 - 5 times daily in attempt to avoid mi or tia At least better than none at all which would be dangerous.

The website is good, prices good, but not extended warranty for Garmin watches or at least the one I bought.

one of the pedometer top doesn't close well the other one does keep an accurate count of my steps really small in size
