I’m talking about sizing. I ordered the 7-9” cuff because my 9-17” cuff was hard to adjust to my 9” arm width. The 7-9” cuff is also hard to adjust and barely goes round my Arm. Why is there not an intermediate width that would cover those like me, say 8-12”

Had to be returned. Did not fit

I'm not sure that this newer HR strap I purchased is an improvement on the older model.

The device they sent was fine, came quickly, and was reasonably priced. But I've tried unsubscribing from their emails and keep getting stuff, including the request for this review.
