360 gel worked with my new $15.00 heart monitor from Goodwill giving me consistent readings, something I did not have. I think some of my problem was caused by dry skin here in the winter months. I put a little 360 gel on my wrist, let it dry while I clean and dry the back of my monitor with alcohol. With out 360, the monitor was reading about 50% of the time, now I'm at about 95% and get a reading within 15 seconds. I'm 75 years old and depend on the monitor readings during my exercise sessions.
