I just ordered two pedometers….a green one and white one. I opened the white one and got it all set up. It literally doesn’t work. The calorie count doesn’t record accurately, the steps counter works fine to about 900 steps, then everything in programming cancels out and goes back to zero. I have had quite a few of the same ones prior. Never has anyone behaved this bad. I don’t know about the green one….but I will get in touch with the company or see what they do about this review.

Terrible customer service

Giving an e-mail address for a business transaction is not a license to send survey spam. An "unsubscribe" shouldn't be necessary, and if used, should stop the flow of unwanted mail. Never again.
