I live primarily in the mountains during the winter and needed a special Wetsuit as a gift for the holidays. I was unable to get off the mountain in time due to weather so I called Hansons to see if they had what I needed and though not in stock they immediately special ordered it and put a rush on the shipping to make it here and under the tree in time. I want to thank everyone for being so friendly and very helpful and will no doubt be down to do some shopping for summer ! Worked with Hansen rep, she found my size requested needed to be shipped from Hawaii- confirmed on the phone while on hold, set up order and told me she’d call me when it was in transit a few days later (which she did just like clockwork) also alerted erred me to first time customer discount that she applied, free shipping and it arrived on time ! Great personal service!!
