Sprung Gym Flooring

Before going down this route, I tried thin rubber strip mats to cover the floor. Even with double sided adhesive tape, they moved about and tore under the rowing machine. This option is industrial strength. Each metre square requires two people to manipulate them. They are thick, very durable and are not going anywhere once placed. They are easy to mark up and cut to size with a craft knife. I've had them in place for a couple of months now and have no complaints.

Put this down on our shed floor which was uneven and it worked a trick. We’re using it now as a make shift gym. Hard wearing and thick.

Ordered 30mm sprung rubber floor for a garage gym. Arrived within the delivery time frame and really happy with the quality of the product.

Bought a set of plates to start a home gym, which has been our plan for years. Bought the 40mm floor tiles. Keep the floor safe, keep the bumpers safe. Will probably be buying more to finish our garage space in time.
