I was upset when I found out that my gr2 went on sale shortly after I purchased it. I emailed them and was informed of their price guarantee so they refunded me the difference. I was extremely happy that they did this. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I wish more companies operated like these guys. Thank you Goruck!
