Gorilla Bow

For some reason the chest workout using the gorilla bow doesn’t feel no where the same as dumbbells it almost feels weak when I do it with the gorilla bow

I love going to the gym and using all the different equipment, but quarantine interfered and I needed another way to get a full body workout. I was skeptical at first because of the whole "bow" thing, but this guy really works. You gotta get the short bands to work chest, but the other bands are great for a variety of different exercises. Also, the thing is heavy duty...its aluminum but its SOLID. Don't let all the people on facebook asking if it shoots arrows scare you away...you'll get a great workout with this thing.

Great product!I. I am 75 yr old man and the gorilla bow light is perfect for me.I doubt that I will go back to a gym any time soon .
