It’s a very good product. Far less expensive than other much larger home exercise devices I have owned and just as effective. I also have to admit I think the bow concept is super cool, I get to experience the feel of a longbow without having to go to the archery range. My 70 year old arms and legs are sore after a Gorilla Bow workout but I’m already moving up to greater resistance after only about a month of use.
