The website is great & the tutorials are simple and very easy to follow. Since the CV-19 lockdown I have been unable to go to the gym so the Gorilla Bow was part of the solution. I have invested in home gym equipment like my upper body ergometer ( sort of an upside down bicycle ) that you peddle with your hands. With the Gorilla Bow I get a very good upper body workout that I have no complaints about. Great product guys! Oh, I am 69 yrs old and still going strong. Thanks!!! S W Wesco

Amazing what resistance bands can do. I was never a gym rat but wanted to start a full body exercise program. With gyms in my area either closed or feeling unsafe, I turned to the Gorilla Bow. I watched a few online videos that helped me create my own program. It really complements my stationary bike and elliptical machines as I try to stay fit without gym access. I recommend it!
