Love my bow
I`m a competitive powerlifter (Three 1000lb totals after my 60th birthday) when my gym closed I was lost fitness wise. The bow has filled the void nicely. I would warn people who expect it to be like free weights it is not. It will keep you in good enough shape to transition back to them and I will always incorporate band training in my program. I found that pushing against the bands hits the pecs better than pushing again the bar in the bench. Deadlift and rows great. I wear a weighted backpack to make the squats work. shrugs and overhead press first rate. If you are a heavy lifter I would recommend the bench set and the 220 lb set. If you outgrow that you are officially a monster. If you are a regular human the basic kit is fine maybe get one 90lb band for the bench and deadlift.
