I broke a binding part while in Japan. Luckily it wasn’t something that slowed me down. When I got home I went to the Flow website and easily ordered the replacement part. I was super stoked that it came USPS and I didn’t get gouged for postage. Love my Flows and now I’m looking for a new pair!
