Shipping was fast at least

Can't give zero so I'll go with one. I was charged to have it shipped even though shipping is allegedly free over $75 because I had a discount code...spent wayyyyy more than $75. Their size chart was off and now I'm being charged to ship it back. So I paid over $80 to never actually use the binding. Awesome.

I will never use your products again. Customer service was a joke. I never got my bindings and you provided no real help. You treated me like I was lying when I had a legitimate problem that you could've helped with. Truly disgusted. I will be sure to share my experience.

Order: The item is the conversion kit back to Fusion Power-Strap bindings. This item comes with no instructions nor any link to instructions, and as far as I can tell it also comes with two different options and a bunch of fasteners that are specific to each option but there is no guide to tell you which is which. If one Googles, one can find a one-page chart that is a sort of instruction guide but it still doesn't tell you which straps to use nor any steps for how to install straps back to the fusion power strap. If anything it looks more helpful converting the straps to Hybrid straps, which I believe is a totally different conversion kit! Selection: I waited 2 years to purchase this item. Very scarce. The description doesn't tell you that there's two styles of straps so it also seems very expensive but if you think about it that's kind of a bargain actually. Service: I've never spoken to anyone from Flow. No one has followed up my comment I left on the website. My local Flow dealer has no idea how to proceed with installing this item either.

Its all bad, took forever to ship, and doesn't fit my boots and now company won't take return. Never going to use them again and never going to recommend this company again either.
