I don't think my part ever arrived. I Frankensteined from other sets of Flow's, and am still on the mountain. I have four kids who love to open packages when things arrive, so I will do a check, but I've had my eyes open for a while and have not seen them.

The mediums were too narrow, my boot sticks when on entry and exit. It's weird because I'm always a medium, but I think I need to size up.

the service/replacement worked great, but flow bindings have way too many fragile parts or design failures (a steel cable that thick should not snap) and countless screws that can fall off on the mountain, leaving you stranded.
