Fenix makes top notch lights. I’ve only experienced an issue with one order and they were super transparent about what happened, and quick to fix the problem

The products are great I’ve had some minor issues with shipping when I finally received the packages 📦 there were two boxes each containing two 21700 batteries in each box completely unprotected one battery was out of its container. Someone must have had a bad day or they have never shipped Lithium Ion batteries securely. Other than the recent issues with shipping, I have been a loyal customer of Fenix for more than 20 years.
