Terrible experience compared to reliable bolt 2

I’ve been using Wahoo for a while, but since I upgraded to bolt 3 I constantly run into problems. Syncing routes from my iPhone to the device doesn’t work reliably, and uploading rides to Strava is never smooth and often fails. Even getting a single workout file required support to send it manually. Overall, the user experience feels unstable and makes me lose confidence in the platform. It feels there has been no proper testing up on releasing this new wahoo bolt 3.

I sent back a sport watch since 2 weeks and I have no return of Wahoo and I did have my money back as well… what’s wrong ??

Missing/removed Wahoo/Zwift kids support for Wahoo/Zwift

Dear Wahoo, I did a very thorough investigation on which trainer to buy for myself and my kids and ended up, after asking questions to Wahoo/Zwift customer support with the Kickr Core Zwift One Hub. After getting the setup done, I ended up with additional questions to Zwift support, only to find out that kids accounts cannot anymore be created. With the selection of "One Hub", I am now stuck in the Zwift environment without possibility for my kids to properly train. Please compensate me a Kickr Core "Cassette" and needed gear to switch from Zwift to some better solution + recommendations what to use for my kids. Regards Kristoffer
