The worst buying experience from a company in a while
25 days in the EU to receive an order that should take two to three days? Two days spent on the FEDX logistics hub in Lisbon , stressing, asking , arguing and a lot of headaches. People responding me that they dont even knew where the parcel was, the delay on your emails, no tracking number till i asked for it, muddy and nasty Ai responses.
My mind just go by that thinking of “i hope i will have no problem with this item “ because if this happens with an order i imagine if i need a feral support from this company.
