I ordered my Engel mt45 a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately when it was delivered it had damage.. I contact r customer service the same day and they had UPS come pick it up and they said they would send me another one when they received the damaged one. Customer service was fast and courteous....I really can’t tell you about the fridge as I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but I will say that from the little I saw of the fridge it look very high quality.
