OLD DO NOT USE

I received my fridge and was excited until I opened the box and saw the misaligned latch and door that did not seal properly as well as a dent on the side ( not from shipping damage) it was well packaged... I immediately emailed Engel with photos and have yet to receive a response....

The pink was liter than the picture. One of the clips will not stay locked. I wish yall had one between the 13 an 19.

I'm disappointed!! It isn't sealing well. I have water underneath unit on my teak floor, all down the outsides, also near the latches. The latches don't seem to pull the lid snug so maybe that's the problem. Please contact me ASAP. The attached photos show the beads of water between the seal and edge of lid. I have it on freezer temp but it also happened on fridge mode. It runs constantly. When we sail off the dock this is going to eat our power. Not what I expected from a high priced fridge. !

Extremely disappointed in Engels choice of FedEx for delivery. Yesterday FedEx site showed delivery to be next Friday. MT45FP was delivered today Tuesday and was discovered five hours after delivery. Bag was supposed to be delivered at same time but is now scheduled to be delivered Wednesday. The fridge could easily have been stolen and we got lucky this time.
