EGO Fishing OLD

I found the net to be awesome, but disappointed to find I cannot use an extension with the net. Main reason I purchased the net. Add misleading. Would have rated lower except I found the net to be excellent quality.

I love your product….however when I placed my ordered it said “expected shipping end of July”. At the end of July I received an email stating that the net I ordered would not be shipping out until end of August if not longer. I’m receiving this request to review my order 2 to 3 weeks before I’m supposed to be receiving it? I understand the craziness we are going through in this “pandemic” but I believe the original order could have been more clear about product availability. Keep making the best net on the planet but also work on the customer service part a little better please.

first contact since order placement, still don't know, when will i receive my order?

Ego net said I it would work but it didn't fit. Hope I get a full refund.
