Unable to use ears plugs with ear molds!

Didn’t fit my canals.

Whenever I answer the phone the device starts saying “Power on. Audio connected” over and over during the entire time I’m on the call. Has that been reported as an issue? Thanks

After a few tries I couldn’t get the part under the baffle to form in the ear. The last time I tried it cracked that part of the mold. I’ll try again.

shipping was prompt, price is great, and materials seem high quality; however, i wasn't able to form a comfortable or effective seal on myself, even using two wall mounted mirrors. the material cools to a very firm/hard plastic-like substance so without experience or help with molding the outer seal wasn't comfortable or effective. i reheated the silicone to re-mold, but again, once the moldable material is moved away from the center/base it was difficult to get a proper or comfortable seal.
