Decibullz is great! My first pair was the 31dB NRR earplugs. They muffled the movie so I couldn't hear the whispers. So I contacted them to find out if I could get just the filters for the professional high fidelity or high fidelity versions. They offered me a one-time-use coupon so I could buy the kit and use the filters since those filters don't come separately. Customer service is fabulous. Shipping was fast, well protected, and I will definitely be recommending Decibullz to anyone who wants to protect their hearing. They were very helpful.
