This is by far the easiest bike purchase I have ever done. I did some online research on the bike I wanted before purchasing or having a one on one chat with a rep. I did take advantage of the bike trade-in which made the transaction even better. I don't need two road bikes and the fact that I can use the value of my trade-in against the bike I purchase was a bonus. The only thing I would have liked is more instructions on the setup and use of electronic shifting. I don't regret buying my road bike through Cycling Avenue.
