Ordered a lock and it came super fast (within 48 hours or so) and as advertised. Certainly no complaints! Was happy to order through this company as opposed to Amazon!

Purchased a carbon-railed saddle which arrived in an overly large box without any packing material whatsoever. Good job FedEx, poor job Cycling Avenue shipping department.

I ordered my Devinci on a Tuesday, it arrived on the Saturday, I assembled it on Sunday for the same position as my 20 year old Cannondale CAAD 4 and hit the road on Monday. Wow. You can’t beat that for a time line. This will be my last bike as I’ll be 81 next year and I’ve been riding road bikes since I was 16. I will recommend your company to anyone even if they don’t ask!
