Very please with the purchase and the rapid customer service follow up when the bike shipped with different tires than I was expecting. A listing error that was quickly resolved with shipment of the correct sized tires. Delivery was fast.

My used/refurbished bike was shipped 1 day after placing the order. Every scratch on the bike was documented on the website. It was trail ready after some minor assembly. 3 weeks & ~20h of aggressive trail riding after my purchase, I had an issue come up. Between their online chat tool, a video & a phone call, they helped me diagnose the issue & was able to fix it myself in the end (I am not a mechanically inclined). Above and beyond customer support, and a great shopping experience. Thanks!
