I ordered a bike. They checked to make sure the shipping address was correct, and then the bike was shipped. I received a nicely packed bicycle, it was the one I ordered. Job well done. The transaction was easy and completed in a timely fashion. I would shop with them again, no complaints. Forgot to mention, I am in Alberta..so the bike made a long trip and made it in great shape.
