Really good scooter. But customer service sucks 2 weeks trying to order parts but nothing. I been calling since a week ago leaving messages and emails nothing back . Custermer service Needs a lot of work . Person in charge of parts department needs to be more on top of things. When you spend this kind of money on a scooter custermer Service should be on it not giveing you the run around .

Any time I have worked with the cboard team I have had great service. I love love my board!

The board is a beast. I’m still trying to set the speed limit for my kids and customer service is working hard to find the answers. Overall the board is allot of fun.
