I dreamt of buying a Cycleboard Rover for many years before the XQuad came out. I decided to get one when they went on sale for the holidays. On the very first ride I took the XQuad out on, I had an accident. I broke my brand new (not purchased from Cycleboard) helmet and a brake cable. I reached out to Cycleboard and they immediately shipped out replacements for everything, including the helmet, at no cost to me. The XQuad is built like a tank and is a solid piece of gear. Cycleboard customer service is top notch and they really care about making sure people are happy with their products.
