Love these machines, so fun and stable. Feels much safer than the OneWheel (which we also have two of). OneWheel is fun, and we are not getting rid of them, but sometimes you just want to cruise on a stable platform and chill. For unwinding and doing a lap around the neighborhood it is a great stress reliever, and the range allows you to really explore. I had a small problem with one of my units and the CEO fixed it immediately with overnight shipping. Nothing is perfect, so I understand that manufacturing flaws can happen. However the way that CycleBoard responded made me appreciate the support and customer service immensely. Standing behind your product is key in a passion fueled genre such as this. Great product, great support, loving it!
