Great Service
I bought two Rovers in November 2020. I was concerned about service after the sale in the event I had a mechanical issue. In May, 2021, my wife’s Rover stopped dead on a ride around the neighborhood. It generated an error code 07 which is a motor problem. I contacted Cycleboard Service and they verified that the motor needed to be replaced. My new motor assembly was received quickly and I was able to change out the bad motor for the new replacement easily with the help of a service video. We are back riding again. Cycleboard handled the issue inwarranty as I would expect. My wife and I are seniors….I am in my mid 70’s and she will be 66 in a few months. We have a great time on our Cycleboards and it’s great to know we can count on Cycleboard to keep us ‘young’. .
