Great Customer Service!

I am a middle age woman who is not a risk taker and I like to keep my feet on the ground. I was hesitant to get a scooter but the cycle board intrigued me because it had three wheels. I have no balance and a scooter frightens me. Haha. I was able to hop right on and take off! It has 5 speeds and I’m slowly getting faster at it and it’s great I can adjust my speed. My kids love it too. The only bad thing if I had to criticize would be the weight. It’s HEAVY. It takes a lot to turn it around and there’s no way I can transport it by myself. So If that’s a thing you want it may not work for you. Also there is no headlights on it either. My husbands and sons have one and it’s nice to have. Besides that, love it.
