Did not at anywhere no returns bad business

Bought a replacement remote for my treadmill and it is just as dodgy as the one that came with it.

Contacted you about a missing shipment a total of six times (by phone and email) and no one could find out what was going on with my shipment.

I did not receive my order.

I received an offer for a gift card. The email with the link was broken so I could never process to recieve my gift card. I called customer service, emailed and chatted with many reps still no resolve. There is a lack of follow up with this company. The shipping was fine.
