Amazing customer service. A note inside my box, the emails letting me know when it was shipped and delivered, the follow up. A perfect example of how to do customer service, product looks great, haven’t had a chance to use it. I feel taken care of, like I matter, and that is awesome. Dear Jeff, I bought (2) yardage books - one for myself and one for my son. The quality is top notch and second to the service and follow up from Brickley Golf at every step of the process - from the time I placed the order to the hand written note inside the package when I opened it. Thank you.

I paid the extra couple of bucks and got my nickname put on the bottom right corner. The spacing was perfect and the stamping deep and clear. Should be able to see my name on it from across the green. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but the size is just right relative to the book.

Couldn't have been more pleased when this came to me in the mail. Packaged well and even comes in it's own little cloth pouch with the Brickley name on it. Inside was a hand written note from Jeff thanking me for the purchase. As I unveiled it, I was blown away by the quality of the stitching, the beautiful color of the leather and the deep stamped monogram I had requested. This is something I look forward to carrying for years to come. I put a pencil in the holster inside and it held tight and firm, unlike an older pleather version of a scorecard holder I had been using. Looking forward to using it this morning and making my friends very jealous.

I received this scorecard holder this week and already used it twice over the weekend. Made with quality materials, but is also lightweight, so that it is not a noticeable distraction in the back pocket.
